Three Equifax executives sold $2 million worth of shares days after cyberattack

Just days after credit reporting agency Equifax discovery a massive breach, three of its top Executives decided to sell share worth nearly $2 million in the company, according to filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Equifax discovered the data breach on July 29th and the company's shares were offloaded by August 2nd. Equifax said that these Executives didn't know there was an intrusion when they decided to sell these shares.
