Hurricane Maria - Puerto Rico 100 percent without power

Hurricane Maria is the "most devastating storm to hit the island this century, if not in modern history," said Ricardo Rossello, goverrner of Puerto Rico.
Puerto Rico's Energy grid took such a huge blow from hurricane Maria that it is estimated to take months to restore power to every resident in the island.
